Shipping Fee & Methods & Destinations

1- Print on demand products”POD”
Fee: Every Product has a specific fee depending on weight and destination. You will get it when submitting an order or you can check prices on Shipping & Delivery page.
Destinations: All world excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
Method: Stander shipping – Express shipping like DHL can be used with an extra fee.
2- China products
Fee: Free Stander shipping to the USA. If you are living outside the USA you can contact us to get a price to your country.

3- Turkish products
Fee: Fixed fee $21 and Free Shipping from $100 and above.

Fee: Every Product has a specific fee depending on weight and destination.
Destinations: All world excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Print on demand Shipping Fee

Most of our products are print on demand so we’ll start printing your designs right after an order is placed. Where products can be purchased directly on our website or you can buy products from Kenzly stores available on other sites such as Spreadshirt and Zazzle and others.

If you are buying Kenzly products from other stores like Zazzle you will follow their terms and shipment rules and fees. Kindly, check shipment and fee on their websites. If you buying directly from our website so you will find rules and fees here.

Can Kenzly deliver orders to a PO Box?

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including framed posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure a smooth delivery.

If you are not in Europe, Canada, Uk, and Australia may stander shipping via USPs or public post not working well and may you lose your order so we recommend having an account on shopandship by Aramex. Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. The fulfillment location is set based on shipping destination, routing preferences, and stock availability.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office. directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be.

—If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@kenzly.com with your order number.

—If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.

When your order has been given to the shipping carrier, updates on the status of your order and its delivery will depend on their tracking services. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at support@Kenzly.com, and we will do our best to help you.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
