We at Kenzly take care of our customers. That’s why our refund policy is easy to understand and very clear. Here are the items available for sale on our website:

  • Event and meeting tickets
  • Workshop tickets
  • Physical products  (clothes, accessories, etc.)
  • Digital products (PowerPoint books, courses, worksheets, etc.)
  • Activity reservations
  • Accommodation reservations
  • Trip bookings

Organizers and Partners

We empower organizers and service providers to directly sell their services on our platform, with payment processes facilitated through our website. They have the flexibility to showcase and sell their services both on our platform and through their own websites. If the sales occur on our website, they adhere to our refund policy. Alternatively, if the transactions take place on their websites, they are governed by their respective site policies, as elaborated on the event or activity details page.

Request A Refund

Organizers are required to set a clear refund policy for each event during the event creation process. This policy can be specified as non-refundable or refundable, with a defined number of days within which participants can request a refund before the event. They are accountable for establishing their individual refund policies and processing refunds. To request a ticket refund, kindly contact the event organizer directly. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Participants also have the option to request a refund within one day after the event concludes, particularly if they are dissatisfied. We will consider these requests if they align with logical and agreeable reasons, supported by the majority of attendees. You can request refund too,

  • If the minimum number of attendance is not met
  • If the event is cancelled or postponed
  • If the maximum number of attendance is reached

Events, Workshops, and Meetings Tickets

Tickets to events, meetings, or workshops are typically non-refundable. This is because we reserve and allocate a seat for each ticket holder, and we have external contracts that prevent us from issuing refunds. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule, including:

  • If the minimum number of attendance is not met
  • If the event is cancelled or postponed
  • If the maximum number of attendance is reached

If you are unable to attend an event and you fall into one of these exceptions, please contact us to request a refund.

Physical Products

Physical products purchased through our website are currently only available for pickup at the event. This means that there is no delivery service, either locally or internationally. Refunds can be requested in the following cases:

  • The product has manufacturing defects. If a replacement is not available, the money will be refunded.
  • The size is incorrect. If a replacement is not available, the money will be refunded.
  • Dissatisfaction with the material of the product.

Please note that product purchases can be made through our website before the event or directly during the event.

Digital Products

Digital products are products that can be purchased and downloaded directly from our website throughout the year. These products include e-books, worksheets, presentations, audio files, videos, and etc.

Digital products are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Therefore, we recommend that you read the product details carefully before completing the purchase process, or contact us if you have an inquiry regarding a product.

Before Requesting a Refund

Before requesting a refund, please try the following steps to resolve your issue:

  1. Read the product description carefully. Make sure you understand what you are purchasing and that it meets your needs.
  2. Contact us and submit your problem. We may be able to help you resolve your issue without having to issue a refund.
  3. Read the refund terms on our website. This will tell you what conditions must be met in order to receive a refund.
  4. Make sure the refund terms apply to you. Not all purchases are eligible for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are eligible for a refund. The refund terms and conditions can be found on our website.
  2. Contact event organizer, contact your organizer for request refund.
  3. Contact us. You can do this by WhatsApp, email, or live chat.
  4. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  5. We will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be processed in the same method of payment that you used to make your purchase. Some fees may be deducted from the refund, depending on the method of return.

We appreciate your business and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Disputing a Refund Request

Kenzly and authors are not obligated to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You have not provided enough information to determine why you are entitled to a refund.
  • You do not have the knowledge to use the item.
  • You no longer want the item after you have purchased it.
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.
  • You simply changed your mind.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • A refund can not be requested if it is initiated more than 30 days after purchase a product.
  • A refund can not be requested if it is initiated more than 24 hours after attending the event.
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author who previously provided the item is no longer active on our platform. (We advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation.)
