This Meteora Tour from Corfu offers the unique experience of nature’s grandeur in conjunction with history, architecture and man’s everlasting desire to connect with the Divine.

The tour starts with pick up from your hotel or apartment. We go to the port of Corfu and take the ferry to Igoumenitsa (ferry duration: 1.5 -2 hours, included in the price).

Upon arrival to Igoumenitsa, we drive to the city of Kalambaka and we take a short stop to Kastraki for rest. (30 minutes).

Then we drive up to the monasteries and visit the Great Meteoron Monastery (entrance fees not included in the price). Duration of visit: 1 hour.

From the early Christian times, the Meteora vertical cliffs were regarded as the perfect place to achieve absolute isolation, to discover peace and harmony and, thus, to support man’s eternal struggle for spiritual elevation.

Meteora is a truly inspiring and sensational setting of overwhelming rock formations, but one must also be prepared to expect that this trip is much more than merely visiting an exquisite landscape. After our visit, we drive to the city of Kalambaka where we have 2 hours free time to explore the town or have lunch (not included in the price).

At the end of our Meteora Tour from Corfu we drive back to Igoumenitsa to take the ferry for Corfu.
