Description
This journey takes you through a windmill village, tulip garden, and clog museum, among other iconic Dutch rural locations, all starting in Amsterdam. Get out of the city and embark on an exciting full-day program that begins with a visit to the vibrant Keukenhof Gardens, which are home to more than 800 different types of tulips.
Get a sense of 19th-century Dutch life by visiting Zaanse Schans, a historic windmill hamlet. Explore the wind-powered factories, try some local cheeses at a farm shop, and then visit the clog museum to witness a shoemaking demonstration.
