Spend around 105 minutes at Es Fangar, an organic wine estate in Felanitx, in the centre of Mallorca. Your host takes you through the estate’s history and the full winemaking process on a detailed tour of the winery, from the organic farming in the vineyard to what happens in the cellar.
The tour is followed by a seated tasting of five premium wines, each chosen to show what a different variety does here, served with an artisanal charcuterie board. It is the tasting to book if you want to understand how the wines are made, not only taste them.
