Visit Es Fangar Winery in Mallorca for a fascinating winery tour and tasting of six wines, discovering local flavors and Mediterranean winemaking traditions.
Spend around two hours at Es Fangar, an organic wine estate in Felanitx, in the centre of Mallorca. Your host takes you through the winery and the estate’s history in depth, from the first vines replanted in 2004 to how the wines are made here today.
The tour is followed by a seated tasting of six wines drawn from across the range, served with an artisanal charcuterie board. It is the fullest of our bodega tastings, unhurried and made for people who want the whole picture rather than a quick stop.
