- Every stop is an outdoor public place that is open and in use - no private addresses, no restricted areas, no isolated spots.
- Evening departures are only offered where every stop on the route is lit and open at that hour.
- You can switch your booking to a private group at any time before departure, so only the people you booked with can join.
- Every mission can be skipped, with no penalty and no explanation needed.
- Your team decides who appears on camera, and recap videos stay private unless you share them.
- If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can stop and leave at any point.
- Contact us and our support team will make it right.
- Follow local laws, posted signs, and pedestrian rules at all times.
- Do not enter restricted areas or take unnecessary risks to complete a mission.
- Pause the experience whenever conditions make it unsafe to continue.
