Reduce manual Bókun setup
Our current workflow requires adding a booking widget to each tour individually. Approximately 4,000 tours have been connected so far, making automation a priority.
We are looking for an active partner to share leadership, build a team and grow an existing international travel marketplace.
Entrepreneurs, technology companies and travel businesses are welcome. Bring operational commitment, development resources, growth capital or a complementary team, and help shape the next chapter.
Company-reported figures as of October 2026. Additional suppliers are waiting to join, both within and outside Bókun.
Kenzly is an Estonian company connecting travelers with tours, activities and transfers worldwide. The marketplace, supplier relationships and booking infrastructure are already in place.
The business is currently managed by its founder, Wael Rashed, with occasional freelance support. Growth has outpaced the capacity of this structure, creating a clear need for shared management and a dedicated team.
The opportunity is to build on this foundation: improve supplier onboarding, strengthen operations and expand into additional travel categories.
Bókun has helped Kenzly expand quickly. Our next step is to preserve those connections while supporting suppliers and services beyond the current setup.
Our current workflow requires adding a booking widget to each tour individually. Approximately 4,000 tours have been connected so far, making automation a priority.
Providers outside Bókun need a way to publish bookable products. Some existing providers also leave Bókun when subscription costs become difficult to sustain.
Our roadmap includes holiday homes, serviced apartments, events and potentially hotels, introduced gradually as the team and infrastructure develop.
Continuity comes first. We want to retain our existing Bókun suppliers. Any integration or migration would be assessed for technical feasibility, supplier consent where required and existing commercial agreements.
A committed team and shared responsibility are central to this opportunity. Technology, funding and operational leadership should support one agreed growth plan.
We welcome individuals and companies. The structure can reflect the time, expertise, team and financial resources each party contributes.
Join the founder in leading Kenzly, sharing responsibilities and decisions, building a team and executing a long-term growth plan.
Equity and commercial terms would be negotiated around the existing business and each party’s contribution.
A technology or travel company contributes an established team, infrastructure, market access and operational involvement.
A joint venture, new company or an agreed structure within an existing group could be explored.
Begin with a clearly scoped integration or development phase, with agreed deliverables, costs, support and responsibilities.
A third operating or investment partner could join to add team capacity, management and growth resources.
A commercial technology proposal is also welcome where it addresses our priorities. Please explain the implementation work, ongoing support, pricing and any revenue-sharing terms, together with how the solution reduces operational workload.
We are open about the current stage of the business and want the same clarity from a future partner.
The plan should specify who handles technology, operations, supplier relationships and growth. Shared delivery is essential to moving beyond a one-person operating model.
The founder is open to relocation where it supports the business. A new company, joint venture, branch or other structure may be considered in the partner’s country, subject to legal, tax, contractual and immigration requirements.
We can discuss a defined-term partnership or a longer-term relationship, including an initial three-to-five-year growth horizon. Valuation, equity, funding, revenue sharing and management roles would be agreed together.
The agreement should define brand and technology rights, data access and export, account control, decision-making and a practical transition process if the cooperation ends.
“I have built Kenzly independently. I am now looking for the right people to share its management, strengthen the team and develop the business together.”
Tell us about yourself or your company, the team and resources you can contribute, and the role you would like to take. We welcome a practical first proposal or an introduction to a suitable partner.
