While some countries have specific regulations, like licensing for tour guides, others, such as the Netherlands and France, do not require it. For certain tours, including stopover, shopping, night city, and food tours, no formal license is needed. Tour guides offer a wide range of experiences, from sharing historical insights to leading visitors through local markets or natural hidden gems.

Partners have access to all services, enabling them to add tours, activities, rentals, hotels, car transfers, or rent cars. All these features are conveniently accessible via your control panel.

While account verification isn't mandatory, we highly recommend all partners verify their accounts via the site’s control panel. Here, you can easily upload necessary documents like IDs, passports, or company registrations. Verified accounts not only boost customer trust but also qualify for inclusion in our social media advertising campaigns.

With a 15% commission rate, a portion of your earnings—15%—is deducted as a fee from each transaction. This fee covers the platform's services and support, while you retain 85% of the revenue.

Featured items receive prime placement on tour, activity, and service pages, as well as on your country's page. We recommend using this to highlight your best offers. You can purchase a featured listing for €10 per service, per month. Please contact us to get started.

You can upload up to 50 images per service for free. Please use your own images or those that are copyright-free. Using copyrighted images is strictly prohibited, and you are responsible for any legal violations related to your content.

We offer a complimentary SEO optimization service for your listings. We'll analyze your content and provide suggestions on how to improve it, helping you rank higher in search engines and increase your sales without relying on paid advertising.

The official language of our site is English. All services must be entered in English to ensure proper translation. If you need help with translation, you can use a free tool like Google Translate or other AI-powered translation programs. Our site automatically translates all pages into over 100 languages for free, but it works best when the original content is in English.

Customers can send you inquiries and messages directly through the site. You can view all these messages in your control panel. For your convenience, you'll also receive an email notification that includes the message text. You can then respond to customers using our messaging platform.

You can add reviews from your past or current customers directly to your service page. To do so, you'll need to log out of your account and submit each review individually using the customer's genuine email address. We encourage you to invite your customers to leave reviews as well. Please note that fake email addresses are not permitted, and any misuse of this feature will result in the removal of the reviews.

We will automatically release your payment 7 days after each reservation's checkout date. There is no minimum payment amount required. If a customer pays a 15% deposit through our platform, the remaining balance can be collected directly from the customer upon their arrival, The deposit will be our comission.

You can receive your payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods suitable for your country of residence. Please, contact us to confirm the appropriate payment methods for you before starting registration.

We aren't responsible for covering any taxes or value-added expenses on your behalf. As a result, all partners need to comply with the tax laws of their country of residence or nationality and handle any applicable taxes or value-added fees accordingly.

You have two options for receiving payments from customers when they arrive: 1- Partial Payment: The customer pays a 15% deposit online, which covers our site's commission. You collect the remaining balance from the customer upon their arrival. 2- Full Payment: You collect the entire payment from the customer upon their arrival. If you choose this option, you must inform us in advance and pay our commission separately to avoid account suspension. We offer various methods for you to transfer the commission. Each organizer is responsible for setting and clearly stating their own cancellation and refund policy within the trip details. Typically, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the trip are handled according to our general terms and conditions. If a customer requests a refund, we will review the complaint. If it's determined the customer is in the right, a refund will be issued. All complaints must be submitted within three days of the trip's completion.

To ensure a successful partnership, please avoid the following actions: Sending external payment links to customers. Using copyrighted materials in your listings. Harassing or abusing customers through private messages. Providing poor customer service or abusing the platform.
