Kenzly is an Online Travel Agency (OTA) that offers tours and travel experiences in many countries worldwide in partnership with trusted, licensed local travel companies. We currently feature more than 6,000+ tours around the world, and new tours and partners are added daily. In addition to tours, we also provide hotel bookings, apartment rentals, and car rental services.

Kenzly works with Bokun, a TripAdvisor company, to process bookings and manage many of our tours in addition to our direct local partners who provide services through our internal system. We also connect as partners and affiliates with trusted global platforms such as GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Headout, and Viator.

You can find Bokun-powered tours on the homepage, where featured partner tours are displayed in the main section. Below that, you will find a list of countries where we offer tours in more than 65 destinations. Simply search and choose the tour and price that suit you. or in main menu click search.

You can browse direct tours by going to the “Tours” or "Activities" "Hotels" or "Rentals" or "Cars" page from the main menu. You can filter by country using the filters or use the search icon in the main menu to type your destination or tour name and view all available results.

We work with full transparency. Every tour on our website, including those powered by Bokun, clearly shows the provider’s name and logo. If you need more details, you can contact us at any time via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website.

Registration is not required. You can book directly using either the Bokun system or our main booking system. All booking details will be sent to your email. If you book through Bokun, you will also receive access to a personal booking page where you can manage your reservation.

Yes, you will receive an instant confirmation by email with all your booking details, vouchers, and instructions.

In many cases, date changes are possible depending on the tour provider’s rules. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

Tour languages depend on the local provider. The available languages are listed clearly on each tour page.

For bookings made through Bokun, we use Stripe for secure card payments. On our main website, we offer multiple payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other options depending on your country.

In some cases and with certain providers, payment on arrival may be available. Please contact us and send the tour details you are interested in so we can confirm whether the provider accepts pay-on-arrival.

Yes, you can pay for your tour in flexible installments based on your comfort. There is no fixed amount per installment, but the full amount must be paid at least 10 days before the tour date. Some providers may require full payment 30 days in advance.

Kenzly does not add extra fees for installment plans. However, your bank or payment provider may charge small transaction fees, usually not exceeding 1% of the total tour price.

Yes, Kenzly uses secure payment systems and works only with verified partners. Your personal and payment information are protected with industry-standard security.

Kenzly receives and manages all payments. We then transfer funds to our partners after the service is completed. This system allows us to supervise every transaction and better protect our customers’ rights.

Yes, you can cancel your booking and request a refund. Each tour has its own cancellation policy, which you should review before booking. In most cases, a full refund is available if you cancel at least three days before the tour date. If you are unsure, please contact us for assistance. Please note Tickets is Non Refundable

Some tours on Bokun may be marked as non-refundable. However, since Kenzly receives the payments first, we follow a different internal policy. We usually allow cancellations up to three days before the tour, because we do not release the payment to the provider until after the tour is completed.

This service is available only on Bokun during the booking process. It allows you to add extra protection for your booking with a small fee through “Refund Protection powered by Refundable.me (Protect Group)”, which offers additional coverage for eligible refunds.

On our main website, you can leave your review directly on the tour page. For Bokun bookings, you will receive an email after your tour with a link to leave a review on Trustpilot. The email will include your booking number, and you can also access our Trustpilot page from the footer links on our website.

When you pay using Stripe, whether through Bokun or our website, we follow an Eco-Tourism Commitment by donating 1% of every booking to FrontierClimate.com to support environmental protection.

If you are not satisfied with your tour or service, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website. We will investigate the issue with the provider. If a refund is possible, we will support you through the process. Providers with repeated complaints are removed from our platform to protect our customers.

Yes, absolutely. If the available trips do not meet your needs, you can request a customized trip for individuals or groups. Simply contact us through the website contact form, email, or WhatsApp and share your destination, travel dates, group size, and any special requests. For faster service, please also mention your target budget. Our team will coordinate with our trusted partners and send you the best available options and prices.

Trips/tour/other marked with the “Kenzly Plus” Label are special offers for Kenzly Plus members. These trips may include exclusive discounts, extra benefits, or experiences tailored to your membership level.

Yes, in most cases you can book these trips at the publicly displayed price. If a trip is restricted to members only, you will see a contact form instead of the booking button. For detailed information about Kenzly Plus memberships, please refer to the second section at the bottom of the page.

Yes, absolutely. We accept partnership requests every day. You can join Kenzly as a partner for tours, transfers, car rentals, apartments, or hotel services. Our partnership program is simple, flexible, and designed to benefit both partners and customers by offering the best prices and services.

You must be a legally registered and licensed tourism or travel company in your country. You should also have an official website that clearly displays your company details and the tours or services you provide.

If you are renting private apartments, you must be legally allowed in your country to rent properties to local or international guests and you are responsible for legal compliance. For professional companies offering apartments, resorts, or holiday homes, there are generally no special restrictions.

We welcome hotels, hostels, resorts, and holiday homes. The main requirement is having an official website and a dedicated contact person responsible for handling bookings and communication.

Kenzly operates globally and promotes services in more than 150 countries.

Yes. We are expanding our Kenzly Plus program to include special offers not only for trips but also for related services such as restaurants, cafés, shopping, and entertainment. You can send us your offer by email or WhatsApp. Our team will review your proposal and respond within a maximum of three business days.

Commissions are usually estimated based on the offer you provide and your suggested terms. Strong and highly attractive offers may be listed with zero commission to provide real value to Kenzly Plus members.

You will receive a list of approved customers for the offer, and there will also be a barcode or QR code that you can scan with your phone. The system will instantly confirm whether the customer is an active Kenzly Plus member.

Yes. Your venue must be able to accommodate at least 20 guests, and you must fully respect the advertised prices. You are not allowed to add extra fees or change prices during the offer period.

Depending on the offer, services can be prepaid on our website or paid at the location by the customer. If Kenzly collects the payment, the full amount will be transferred to you after or during the campaign period according to our agreement.

The partnership process is simple and flexible. You can join through Bokun or by contacting us directly through our website, email, or WhatsApp.

If you already use Bokun, you can search for Kenzly in the seller marketplace and send us a partnership proposal with your commission rate and the tours or services you want to list. Bokun offers a free 14-day trial. If you join using our invitation link "https://new.bokun.io/referral/MTE3NzYw" , you will receive a 50% discount for the first two months of the subscription. Once approved, your tours are usually published on our site and widgets within 24 hours or less.

When working through Bokun, the agreement within the Bokun system acts as the official contract. For direct partnerships, contracts are optional. If you prefer to have a formal agreement, you can send us your contract and we will review and sign it digitally.

You need to send us your company website, contact details, and partnership request with commission rate through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We review all applications, and once approved, we will send you a confirmation. Due to high demand, the review process may take some time.

We publish tours from Bokun partners using official widgets and also add tours to our internal system for both Bokun and direct partners. We may use your images and videos to present your services clearly. In some cases, we may use high-quality royalty-free images to improve the presentation for customers.

Yes. We work with full transparency and always display your company name and logo on your tours. This helps build your brand and increases customer trust and repeat bookings.

For Bokun partners, you can search our Bokun widget to confirm your tours are listed. For direct partners, we create an account for you using your contact email and send you an email notification with the link once your tour " For each tour" is published.

Yes. Since we manage the publishing process, you can request edits to tour details, photos, or videos at any time, and our team will update them for you.

Currently, you can edit only basic account information from your partner account. Tour publishing and advanced editing are managed by our team. We are working on a more powerful and easier system for our partners.

Yes. If your tours are published directly on our website, customers can contact you through a private messaging system on your partner page. All messages are also sent to your email so you do not need to check the website daily.

Yes, in special cases such as pay-on-arrival. However, you are not allowed to sell or collect payments from Kenzly customers without clear written approval from Kenzly. Violating this rule will result in immediate termination of the partnership and removal of your services from our platform.

If you accept payment on arrival, you must transfer Kenzly’s commission within three days after the tour or service is completed.

In most cases, services can go live within 24 to 72 hours after approval and receiving complete information from your side.

Yes. We actively promote partner services through our website, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

Yes. You can provide exclusive rates or special packages for Kenzly customers to increase your visibility and sales.
