In accordance with § 7 (1) of the TMG, Kenzly is responsible for the content it publishes, following general legal provisions. However, under §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, Kenzly, as a service provider, is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this context arises only from the moment of awareness of a specific infringement. Upon receiving proper notification of any violations, Kenzly will promptly remove the infringing content.
