Welcome to an aerial yoga class like no other, taking place on a rooftop surrounded by lush jungle and overlooking the sea. As you enter the space, you notice a series of hammocks hanging from the ceiling, each one designed to support you in your aerial yoga practice.

With the gentle sounds of birds and the rustling of the jungle foliage around you, you take your place in your own personal hammock, feeling it sway gently as you settle in. The skilled yoga teacher begins to guide you through a series of poses, each one designed to challenge your body and enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance.

As you move through each asana, you feel the gentle support of the hammock beneath you, allowing you to achieve poses that may have felt impossible on solid ground. The hammock's gentle sway helps you to deepen your stretches, while also providing a unique sense of relaxation and weightlessness.

Every guest will be able to use the swimming pool facilites, complementary hot tea after each session, share your best moments with positive people.
