Organic Farm Tour with our Chef Por will allow you to discover Ingredients you need to cook authentic Thai Dishes. Did you know that in Thai Curry we use 3 kinds of Eggplants? Try all Thai Herbs we use for famous Tom Yum!
For your first Cooking Class Chef Por will teach you how to cook:
– Tom Yum Goong (Sour and Spicy Soup with Prawns)
– Green Curry with Chicken
– Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimps
Cooking Class Duration: about 2 – 2,5 hours
Organic Farm Tour Duration: 60-90 minutes
You will get printed Recipies for each Dish, so you will be able to cook them at home when you came back.
