You will be collected from your hotel and driven to Roma Termini railway station, where you’ll meet your tour leader for check-in. Travel comfortably by high-speed train, reaching Florence in about an hour and a half. Your local guide will be waiting for you at Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station to begin a walking tour of the city center.
Florence is renowned worldwide for its treasures of art and architecture. Enjoy its squares, streets, and artworks as you make your way to the celebrated Uffizi Gallery, home to masterpieces by Giotto, Cimabue, and Botticelli. After the Uffizi, discover Piazza Santa Croce, one of the city’s most beautiful squares, set against the backdrop of its splendid Basilica.
You’ll have some free time to enjoy a typical Tuscan meal (not included) before a pleasant walk back to the station. Your tour leader will meet you there to assist with your return trip to Rome, where a transfer will take you back to your hotel.

The tour does not operate on Mondays, on the first Sunday of every month, or on additional days at the discretion of the Italian Ministry of Culture — on these occasions, the Ministry offers free access to the Uffizi Gallery. The tour is also unavailable on: April 25, May 1, June 2, November 4, December 25, and January 1.

A full nominative list of all participants (including children) is mandatory and must be provided at the time of booking.

A valid ID (passport or national ID card) is required for entry to the Uffizi Gallery. If the document does not match the name provided at booking or is not valid, museum staff will deny entry and no refund will be issued.
