Experience an unforgettable Arctic adventure in Sodankylä, Lapland with a 1.5-hour husky safari and authentic farm visit. Enjoy a scenic 4–5 km husky sled ride through the snowy wilderness, guided by a team of energetic and friendly huskies. This experience offers the perfect combination of adventure, nature, and local culture.

Visit a small, privately owned husky farm where you can meet the dogs, interact with them, and learn about their daily life, training, and role as sled dogs in Arctic conditions. Your guide will share insights into husky care, teamwork, and the traditions of dog sledding in Lapland.

Depending on conditions, one adult per sled may have the opportunity to drive, while others relax and enjoy the ride. This experience is suitable for families, couples, and anyone looking for an authentic Lapland activity.

Two adults can share one sledge: one drives, and the other one enjoys the ride while sitting. Small children sit on the adult’s lap. If the

children are too tall, we may divide the family: one adult in another sledge with another customer. Children under 4 years old cannot participate in the safari. Infants can only have the kennel visit.

At the end of your experience, each participant will receive a personalized SISU Certificate, celebrating the Finnish spirit of resilience, courage, and Arctic adventure.

This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled, and guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
