Description
This carefully designed Kenya safari blends refined Nairobi city experiences with one of Africa’s
greatest wildlife spectacles — the Great Wildebeest Migration in the Masai Mara. The journey begins
with a warm airport welcome and a classic stay at the historic Fairmont The Norfolk Hotel, followed
by a full day exploring Nairobi’s leading conservation and cultural attractions.
Guests enjoy close encounters with endangered Rothschild’s giraffes at the Giraffe Centre, observe
elephant rescue and rehabilitation at the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, and discover Kenya’s
colonial literary heritage at the Karen Blixen Museum. Dining highlights include either the famous
Carnivore Restaurant or the elegant Cultiva Farm Restaurant.
The safari continues with a scenic flight from Wilson Airport to the Masai Mara National Reserve for a
three-night stay at Zebra Plains Mara Camp, located in a prime wildlife and migration zone. Guests
experience guided game drives across open savannahs rich with predators, elephants, giraffes, and —
in season — vast herds of wildebeest and zebra. The journey concludes with a return flight to Nairobi
after lunch, with a day room or optional overnight stay before international departure.
