Heading north, you will visit historic sites such as Glaumbær Farm Museum and Akureir, the capital of the North, and the mythical Goðafoss waterfall. Once in the Myvatn region, highlights include the Diamond Circle with unique sites such as Dettifoss waterfall and Húsavík Bay for whale watching.
As the journey continues east and southeast, you will explore Lake Myvatn, its impressive volcanic formations, and the Vatnajökull glacier, home to icebergs and black sand beaches at Jökulsárlón. The final days include stops at black sand beaches, glaciers, iconic waterfalls such as Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss, and an unforgettable excursion to the colorful mountains of Landmannalaugar.
Finally, the group returns to Reykjavík, with opportunities to explore the vibrant capital of Iceland, visit landmarks such as Hallgrímskirkja Church and the Blue Lagoon, and end the trip with a farewell to Iceland's breathtaking scenery.
