Description
Explore Coimbra’s historic streets and Aveiro’s colourful canals on a private day trip from Porto, with your own local guide, private transport and hotel pickup and drop-off.
Discover Coimbra’s university heritage and old town, hearing the stories behind its landmarks and student traditions. In Aveiro, admire waterfront architecture, stroll beside the canals and enjoy coffee with traditional ovos moles.
Continue to the Atlantic coast for stops at Barra Lighthouse and Costa Nova, adding sea views and a different side of the region to your day.
Enjoy the freedom of travelling exclusively with your group. Ask questions, share your interests and adjust the pace with your guide within the day’s itinerary, with time for sightseeing, photographs and a lunch stop.
An optional moliceiro canal cruise offers another perspective on Aveiro. Boat tickets, university interior visits and lunch are paid separately.
