• A successful booking confirmation does not guarantee Forbidden City admission tickets.
• Please carefully check the official website announcements, as a separate ticketing process is required.
• Tickets are released 7 days in advance. We will make every effort to secure your tickets promptly.
• If tickets are sold out, we will contact you 6 days prior to arrange a full refund or propose an alternative attraction.
• Please consider this policy before booking.

How to Use

• Self-Assembly Package: Please proceed independently to the Meridian Gate (Wumen) of the Forbidden City for assembly.
• The dedicated tour guide will contact you via text message by 20:00 the day before the tour. Please check your messages accordingly.
• The specific meeting time is subject to the guide's final notification.
• Contact may be delayed until 22:00 during public holidays. Your patience is appreciated.

• Forbidden City Treasure Gallery & Clock Gallery: 10 RMB per person per gallery.
