Your first canvas has been waiting for Mijas. Paint whatever you like, or pick one of our Mijas-inspired ideas, sit down to a table full of colour and begin with one brushstroke. We guide you through the process in English or Spanish, so you can enjoy making the painting instead of wondering where on earth to start.

No painting experience needed. We take you through the picture in clear, simple stages, from the first brushstroke to the finishing touches. Come on your own, turn it into a colourful date, or share the table with friends – and leave with a painting that carries part of your time in Mijas.

There is no fixed picture. Bring your own idea or borrow one of our suggestions, such as White Village Mijas, Bougainvillea Balcony or Mijas Sea View. The selection changes, so ask us what is on the easel today.

The useful details:

• Price: EUR 49 per person, taxes included
• Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
• Included: one 24 x 30 cm canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, a tabletop easel and studio tools, guidance in English and Spanish
• Little extras while you paint: coffee, tea or a soft drink, something to nibble (breadsticks, olives, a little fruit) and a glass of wine for adults. Ask us about allergens before your session.
• Not included: protective transport packaging, framing or shipping
• Who can take part: adults 18+. For children aged 8-17, choose Family Canvas Mijas.
• Runs from one paid person
• Your canvas may still be slightly damp when you leave; we point out any wet areas.
• Changes and cancellation: at least 24 hours before the start – full refund. Less than 24 hours and no-shows – no standard refund.
