Explore Levi on a half-day snowshoeing adventure, discovering peaceful Arctic forests, scenic winter trails and the breathtaking beauty of Finnish Lapland.
Explore Lapland’s winter landscape on a guided daytime snowshoeing tour designed for those who enjoy active outdoor movement in a peaceful natural environment.
After a short transfer from Levi, you’ll be equipped with snowshoes and receive a brief introduction to walking techniques. We then set off on foot through snow-covered forests, across open terrain, and over gentle hills, following routes selected for safe and enjoyable snowshoeing in current conditions.
The focus of the experience is the movement itself—walking at a steady, comfortable pace and adapting the route to the group’s level. Snowshoeing allows access to areas beyond regular trails, offering a more direct way to experience the Arctic landscape.
During the tour, we will cover a scenic route suitable for beginners, with opportunities to pause for photos and short rests. We will also take a brief break in a scenic location to enjoy hot drinks and light snacks before continuing the hike.
This tour is ideal for anyone looking for a calm but active way to experience Lapland during the day.
