Costa Azul has long been one of the most important surfing areas in Los Cabos due to its exposure to swells that travel across the Pacific before reaching the Sea of Cortez. These conditions create waves that attract surfers throughout much of the year and make the beach an ideal location for learning fundamental surf skills. Beyond standing on a board, surfing teaches participants how to read wave patterns, understand ocean movement, and develop awareness of changing conditions.
