Our private Northern Lights tour begins at 8:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged. If our expert guide determines that the auroras are more likely to appear later, the departure may be postponed by 1–2 hours to ensure the best possible experience for you and your group. Our guides monitor weather conditions and solar activity closely and will personally contact you if there are any changes to your tailored schedule.

Once we’re ready, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in comfort and privacy, heading toward the clearest skies available. If necessary, we’re prepared to travel hundreds of kilometers to give you the absolute best opportunity to witness the Northern Lights—ensuring an exclusive and personalized adventure. During the journey, you’ll enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, making your experience as comfortable as possible.

Your dedicated guide is equipped with professional photography gear to capture stunning, high-quality images of the auroras. They will also assist you with your own camera or smartphone, ensuring you take home breathtaking memories from this private tour.

There’s no rush on our private tours. We take our time to ensure you fully immerse yourself in the magic of the Arctic night. Depending on the success of our aurora chase, we typically return to your accommodation between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
