• i We cannot accept responsibility for any cost incurred, or for subsequent, problems encountered, due to error that were not reported to us. Airport/Port and Bus/Train Station Meeting Point:
• i The driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport, holding a sign showing the lead passenger name. Other Pick-up location: The driver will meet you at the pick-up adress you mentioned on voucher.
• i Children/Infants: If you travel with children or babies please check that you ordered a baby seat as well.
• i During the trip babies and children need to use specific seats accordingly their age.
• i Luggage: Please check carefully luggage allowance in the vehicle that you booked.
• i Please note that is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number if you cannot locate the driver at the pick-up point. If you decide to leave the meeting point without calling the emergency phone number or our reservation office, the service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.
• i This service is a one-way private transfer; please include your pickup and drop-off addresses when booking. If you require a return journey, simply book an additional service using this same process.
