A Reiki circle meditation class is a group practice where participants come together to share and receive Reiki energy while fostering a sense of connection and healing. The session typically begins with a guided meditation to help participants relax and attune to the flow of universal energy. Practitioners then channel Reiki energy to the group, either in a circle formation or individually, promoting balance, stress relief, and inner peace. This collective energy amplifies the healing experience, making it a powerful and supportive environment for personal and spiritual growth. Schedule:Sunday at 1:30 PM.
