Please provide your exact pickup location and hotel or cruise name when booking. Your pickup and transfer procedure depends on the shared group option selected: Shared with Small Group – Sedan / Mini Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to your destination in Hurghada. Shared with Medium Group – Mini Van / Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to Hurghada. Shared with Large Group – Van / Bus: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and take you to the designated bus station. You will receive your bus ticket and board the bus to Hurghada. Upon arrival in Hurghada, our local driver will meet you and transfer you directly to your hotel or requested drop-off location. For a smooth departure, please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will assist you throughout the transfer.
