Discover Tangier’s Jewish heritage on a private shore excursion from the Port of Tangier. Your tour is led by the founder of Typically Morocco Tours, a licensed guide with more than 20 years of experience specializing in Morocco’s Jewish heritage. He holds a Master’s degree in Jewish Heritage and Tourism Management from ISITT, supported by the Mimouna Association.
Visit the Moshe Nahon Synagogue, the former Jewish quarter, important heritage landmarks, and the historic Jewish cemetery. Depending on opening hours, the itinerary may also include a Jewish heritage museum or another site connected to Tangier’s multicultural history.
Continue with a guided walk through the Medina, where Jewish, Muslim, and European cultures have coexisted for generations. Additional Tangier highlights may be included when time allows.
