Cancellation policy
In the event that ferry or speedboat services are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, guests may reschedule their trip free of charge within the same season (November 1st to April 30th).
In case of cancellation within one week of the travel date, no refund will be provided; however, a free date change is permitted within the same season (November 1st to April 30th).
