3. Booking and Reservations

When you book a tour, activity, rental, hotel, or car through Kenzly, you enter into a contract with the respective service provider. Kenzly acts as an intermediary between you and the service provider. In some cases, these services may be provided directly by Kenzly or under Kenzly’s supervision.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Kenzly. Please review the confirmation details carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
  • Payment: The full amount or deposit payment must be paid for the reservation as specified in the details of each service. For most trips provided by partners, only a deposit payment starting from 10% is required at the time of reservation “The client then pays the remaining balance directly to the partner upon arrival.”, unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Please refer to the specific terms provided during booking. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the service provider’s cancellation policy.

4. Partner and Local Expert Program

Kenzly offers opportunities for local businesses and individuals to partner with us as service providers or local experts.

  • Application: Interested parties must complete an application form and provide necessary documentation. Approval is at Kenzly’s sole discretion.
  • Account Verification: Partners can verify their accounts through the control panel on our website by submitting the necessary documents that confirm their identity and business activities, whether they are individuals or companies. Verified accounts enhance customer trust, and we keep this information strictly confidential. It will only be disclosed in the event of legal disputes or liability disclaimers.
  • Responsibilities: Partners and local experts must provide accurate information, maintain high service standards, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They must adhere to the service details and announced prices, and not request any additional fees unless specified within the service details. Partners are also responsible for ensuring the safety of all customers and must ensure they are not exposed to any risks. Partners are liable for any safety-related issues and are obligated to pay any resulting compensation.
  • Commission and Payments: Kenzly may charge a commission on reservations made through our platform. You can learn about the commission rate by visiting the partners page on our website, which provides details about subscriptions, the commission system, and frequently asked questions. In summary, our commission system involves either deducting the commission from the total service amount or collecting it in advance from the initial payment made to Kenzly. The client then pays the remaining balance directly to the partner upon arrival.
  • Free Services: You can offer free services on Kenzly without restrictions. These services must remain entirely free, meaning no fees or additional charges can be requested from customers upon arrival. Failure to comply may result in permanent suspension of your account. Free services are subject to the same safety conditions outlined in this agreement. Examples of free services include awareness campaigns, social services, online meetings, free tours, etc. Please provide detailed descriptions of the service and its purpose.

5. Security and Safety for Customers

At Kenzly, ensuring the security and safety of our customers is our top priority. We are committed to providing a secure environment for all transactions and activities facilitated through our platform. Here are the measures and guidelines we follow to ensure customer safety:

Partner Verification: All partners and local experts undergo a thorough verification process, including the submission of required documentation to confirm their identity and business legitimacy. Verified accounts help build trust and assure customers of the credibility and reliability of the services offered.
