Suitable for all experience levels, our daily yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to help guests reconnect body, mind, and breath while embracing the calming energy of Phuket’s natural surroundings.

Meditation & Breathwork
Specialty wellness classes such as sound healing, Yoga Nidra, hip opening, backbend flow, and guided relaxation are also offered throughout the week.
Most classes include guided asana practice, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mantra, and mindful relaxation techniques.
